gustav the hurricane...(update)

A Flight with Hostility: poems- opening "Rivalry"
May as well begin my 3rd poetry collection for anyone who'd like to read it. A Flight with Hostility. As the title suggests, the poems are more hostile even than those from Frigidity. Also the shortest of my poetry collection, Hostility was written between July 2006 and January 2007. It is sweeping,...

poems of Frigidity: Master of Shouldn't (finale!)
Master of Shouldn’t Lie Idle even as the axis turns. Shy away from silence, for patience burns. Directions Given, oh merciful leader. Projections Dig into the judge’s meter. Shuffle The silks to use but… Always Be busy with the web. Do stay The course before night’s bed Pulls will Down unto gentle...

poems of Frigidity: Hypocrisy
Hypocrisy Sip in the substance It’s in abundance All stewed in The maggots of fathers’ sins The jagged end Of bones sucked of marrow The mucus of pharaohs Whose cruelty stands Immeasurable to man The fester brushed off every so-called tool Loyalty’s drool. Treachery’s fallen seed. And gluttony’s...

Where for the deviation of it? Violence’s sake? A society with lunch I’m eating child What is the starving for?...

poems of Frigidity: FRIGIDITY*
Frigidity Frigidity, Your glimmering oaths once lured me Into the palace ‘Alone’. Chilled beyond Marrow, your guest freezes. Oh, preservation is stone Frigidity, Humming, “vestal of mine, My virgin of ice…” My only queen, Those vulgar diamonds chime And your touch bites! My question is what true...

poems of Frigidity: Intoxication
See comments! Also, see yesterday (8/20) post 'Plucking', a poem I'm very proud of. Intoxication Least there’s an attempt So let this one vent Pass under your giggling surveillance. Planted the seed beneath The flesh that writhes It stings in staleness. But naught is growing. Least there’s quality...

poems of Frigidity: PLUCKING*
Plucking The hapless cries of a banshee Are alone in mind Throughout this epiphany. The instrument could be played If dissected, plucked and slain Into imitation Of violin strings. Enough with…this fiddling. The chords are not built for this. Enough with this fiddling. Settle for the keys If you’d...

poems of Frigidity: Sacrifice
to be read aloud... Sacrifice There’s a lagoon Where night’s a violet coo The green’s damp With maternal droplets stamped To sparkle subtly in the archaic mist…subdued By power’s sinking Into the breath It will force forward All that’s left. The ruby will sigh Into the great ebony pool. What have...
